Can I migrate from another analytics tool?
Yes. Lumen supports one-click imports from Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, and Segment. Historical data is preserved and immediately queryable in your new dashboard.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We are SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. Business plans include dedicated infrastructure and custom data residency options.
Do you offer an API?

What happens when I exceed my event limit?
We never cut off your data. If you exceed your monthly event limit, Lumen continues collecting and we notify you. You can upgrade your plan at any time — retroactive billing is prorated automatically.
