Since 1962 our atelier has coloured linen with what the earth gives — madder root, weld, indigo, walnut husk. No synthetics, no shortcuts. Sun, water and time do the rest.

In a world racing toward the digital future, we chose to look back — at the warmth of terracotta, the texture of handwoven linen, and the quiet rhythm of natural materials.

Every element in our design system is inspired by the organic world: the curve of a dried pampas stalk, the grain of aged wood, the imperfect beauty of hand-dyed cloth.

We don't chase trends. We cultivate experiences that feel timeless, warm, and deeply human.

The Madder Field

Concepción plants the first madder

Concha carries the dye traditions of her hometown into a small dye house by the Tagus gorge. Madder reds and walnut browns define the first collection.

Garden Palette

Isabel tends the dye garden

The palette moves into the garden — madder, weld, the ochre of dry Andalusian hills. Cloths begin to carry the colours of the landscape itself.

A three-year exchange in Oaxaca

The Taller learns the language of cochineal and a new patience with the vat. Three years of shared vats, shared meals, shared mistakes.

Amparo returns from Sado, Japan

Great-granddaughter Amparo brings indigo in her hands and founds the Triple Dip method — a bath that honours all three lineages in one breath.

The landscapes of southern Morocco, the dye markets of Oaxaca, and the quiet beauty of handwoven textiles from across the Mediterranean. We draw from centuries of artisan tradition and translate it into digital form.

Every material — digital or physical — is sourced with intention. We partner directly with artisan cooperatives in 12 countries, ensuring fair wages and sustainable practices at every step.

Absolutely. Our Encargo plan includes bespoke commission work. Simply reach out through our contact form and we'll schedule a studio session to discuss your vision.

We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. Each piece is carefully wrapped in recycled kraft paper and shipped with a handwritten note from our studio.

Typically 6–10 weeks from consultation to delivery. Each length passes through three baths — madder, logwood, and indigo — and each stage requires patience. We'll keep you updated with photographs throughout.
